The Philly Beef sandwich, cheddar fries and shakes are great! Rarely ever had my order messed up here unlike many other food chains! Always been better than Marquette’s Beef-A-Roo! Delicious!
Been wanting Beef-A-Roo for quite awhile. Don't live near one. Honestly not a great sandwich this time. I'll try again. I will always love the name. 😜
I absolutely love this place! I always go there for the fries because there’s just something about them that are unlike any other fry I have tasted! All the employees I’ve encountered have been very friendly, and sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get my food then any other fast food place but I believe it is well worth the the wait and my order is always correct even if they are slammed. I’ve also tried other items and shakes from here and I haven’t been disappointed once, and the prices I believe are fairly decent for what you get! This will forever be my all-time favorite stop!
I wish I could leave negative stars. The absolute worst experience ever. Took grandson, husband and myself to lunch. 3 burgers, 2 small drinks, 1 large drink and 1 order of fries cost almost $25. Not one of the burgers was made as ordered and the customer service was terrible. I will never return.
I had the beach and cheddar with waffle fries and I got cheese curds on the side.. overall it was delicious and filling.. I really enjoyed the cheese curds. My meal cost about $12, they also have a value menu with jr. Sized portion. I forgot to take pictures, but I would go there again..
My grilled chicken sandwich was two chunks of chicken and a gallon of mayo on a hot dog bun that completely fell apart as soon as I picked it up. I’d give only 1 star except that the service was friendly. Now if only the food was good...
Worst restaurant in Marquette county. We paid over $19 for less food that would have costed about $9 at McDonald's. My wife's roast beef had two thin layers of meat, almost none. My burger looked like something from a kids happy meal. Oh and the staff don't even want to be there. All frowns and don't care if you stay or go. The tables and floors had years of grease stacked in every corner. We left feeling like we should shower immediately.
I've only eaten here a couple of times and both have been underwhelming. The first time I went I ordered cheesecurds. For almost $4 I expected more than 6 curds! I thought okay I just won't order those again. So I ordered another time and they shorted me food. So I called the store, spoke to the manager and she said "if you want it you can come in and pay" In fast food stuff happens and I understand. But usually when that happens managers are happy to help correct the situation, but in this case not so much.
